The Well Badger Resource Center is an information and referral (I&R) service for Wisconsin individuals and families. We like to think of I&R services as the art, science, and practice of connecting you with the services they need when it comes to health and human services. Information and referral services create and maintain databases of programs and services, and then make sure, through a variety of channels and outreach, that you and others in your community know about those services.
