Project SEARCH


Project SEARCH is a business led collaboration that enables young adults with disabilities to gain and maintain employment through training and career exploration. A 9-12 month program, Project SEARCH provides total immersion in a large community business.

Description of Services

The 10-unit Project SEARCH Course of Study covers the following topics: Team Building, Workplace Safety, Technology, Self-Advocacy, Maintaining Employment, Financial Literacy, Health and Wellness, Preparing for Employment, Social and communication, Building Healthy Relationships at Work
