Neuropsychological Testing: Bend Health provides neuropsychological evaluation for youth ages 2-25. Testing is completed virtually in the comfort of home, to ensure the most accurate results.


Behavioral Care: Bend Health cares for kids, teens, and young adults ages 1-25 who need behavioral health support from preventive coaching through severe mental illness or substance abuse.


Virtual IOP: A Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for kids and teens ages 7-25. This program supports kids and teens who need more than weekly therapy, including those discharging from residential or inpatient stays.


Bend’s Psych Urgent Care Program offers access to urgent therapy and psychiatric virtual visits for youth ages 1 to 25 through referring providers and participating health plans. Urgent mental health visits ensure timely care, helping to avoid unnecessary ER visits or secure follow-up care after discharge.

Description of Services


We provide neurodivergence-affirming and trauma-informed individual, couple, and group counseling services welcome to all while centering LGBTQIA+ people. Dean is a neurodivergent adult and can provide neurodivergence-affirming EMDR services. We accept the following insurance types: The Alliance, Quartz Medicaid/Badgercare, Badgercare without HMO, and Dean insurance (coming soon), with a sliding scale of $125-225 a session. In-person and virtual sessions are available.

It offers a five-day comprehensive evaluation service for individuals who are demonstrating memory concerns or a regression of skills.CWC: Intensive Treatment ProgramCentral Wisconsin Center's Intensive Treatment Program serves people ages 5 and older with an intellectual disability and co-occurring mental health or behavior disorder.Staff provide behavioral and psychiatric evaluation and treatment, educational services, medical services, therapeutic recreation, and vocational programming.An individualized treatment plan is developed for each client. The goal is to help the client develop skills to live in their community with as much independence as possible.

We provide community mental health and day service programs for Rock County and the surrounding areas. Our day program starts at 4th grade and goes up until age 30 to help ease the transition phase of young adulthood and being able to stay with the same familiar faces. We focus on our communities and building relationships!
