If you live in Grant and Iowa Counties, you can receive services from Unified Community Services, which is funded in part by Grant and Iowa Counties. Fees for most services are on a sliding scale, based on your ability to pay.
Children's Long Term Support Waiver for Lafayette County. The Children’s Long-Term Support Program coordinates and manages an array of comprehensive services for eligible children from birth to age 18 with a severe developmental disability, physical disability, autism, or emotional disability. Services are individually designed to help support the child and family and to promote health, safety, participation and independence in the home and community.
1. Resources - a vetted professional network to connect families with from Estate Planning Attorneys to Residential house cleaner and organizer.
2. Education - short video "Empowerment Sessions" sharing answers to challenging questions families have.
3. Financial Support - we provide grants to families with special needs dependents to complete their long-term planning documents like wills, trusts, special needs trusts, and other legal documents in order to secure their and their loved ones futures.

The Autistic People of Color Fund is a mutual aid fund that provides microgrants of up to $500 to autistic people of color. We accept general and emergency applications completed with or without assistance, but we do not accept applications from guardians or parents on behalf of autistic adults or children.
Our microgrants are disbursed via check or direct deposit, but direct deposit is currently only available for grantees in the U.S.
The Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) Waiver Program is a Home and Community-Based Service (HCBS) Waiver that funds community supports and services for children who have substantial limitations in their daily activities and need support to remain in their home or community. Eligible children include those with developmental disabilities, severe emotional disturbances, and physical disabilities. Funding can be used to support a range of different services based on an assessment of the needs of the child and his or her family.

Since 2008, TMG has built a team of over 800 experts that support people enrolled in the IRIS program in all 72 Wisconsin counties. IRIS participants and their families choose supports and services for their IRIS plan that work best for them. TMG’s knowledgeable, compassionate consultants support people to achieve long term care goals to live the life they choose.
LOV Inc. supports tribal families that include individuals with disabilities. Our Family Navigator works with families to identify their individual needs through one-on-one consultations and connecting families with resources and services that may be available through county, state, or tribal programs. We have a partnership with Ho-Chunk Nation Department of Education and work with tribal families enrolled in one or more of the 11 federally recognized tribes in Wisconsin.
The Wisconsin Upper Michigan Kiwanis Autism Project provides iPads and funding for children with autism of families in need - the signature project of the Wisconsin Upper Michigan Kiwanis District.
Parents with financial need can apply for a grant that funds an iPad for their autistic child. We serve the state of Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Grants can be submitted via email to the email address on the grant application form.
