Our day program starts at 4th grade and goes up until age 30 to help ease the transition phase of young adulthood and being able to stay with the same familiar faces. We focus on our communities and building relationships!
For 4th-8th grade we offer after-school programming during the school year and a day camp during the summer Monday-Friday. For 9-12th grade offer Saturday day camp during the school year, and 2-four hour evening programs during the summer. For 18-30 year old young adults we offer community-based day service programming Monday-Friday during the school year, and Saturday programming during the summer.

I provide compassionate mental health counseling for children, teens, and their families. I specialize in working with neurodivergent children and families to provide support in a safe environment.
I’m a counselor with a passion for supporting children, teens, and their families as they navigate life’s challenges.
In my work, I help with a variety of concerns including Autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, parenting, and relationship or attachment issues. I also provide guidance and education for parents and caregivers, and I’ve led groups for children in schools as well as groups designed to support caregivers.
My approach is integrative, drawing from Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Theory. I often incorporate mindfulness, play, sand tray, and creative techniques into sessions. I’m also trained in EMDR, an evidence-based therapy that helps with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, addictions, and other difficult life experiences.
At the heart of my work is the goal to create a safe and supportive space where children, teens, and families can feel understood and encouraged while building hope, healing, and growing toward a meaningful life.
