“Keep the Change” Film Screening and Discussion
January 13, 2019 @ 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Free
“Keep the Change” is a romantic comedy starring actors on the Autism Spectrum. When aspiring filmmaker David is mandated by a judge to attend a social program at the Jewish Community Center, he is sure of one thing: he doesn’t belong there. But when he’s assigned to visit the Brooklyn Bridge with the vivacious Sarah, sparks fly and his convictions are tested.
After the screening, we will be having small group discussions about dating, relationships, sex, and love. This group is open to anyone with developmental/intellectual disabilities, ages 18 and older.
Suggested $5 donation at the door to cover the cost of the space and food. There is limited space, so please register in advance. Click here to register
