February 28 @ 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Online game night! For autistic teens and adults.
Join us to play Wheel Of Fortune on-line for the first time on our game night! Note that this on-line version is a bit different than the TV version, but the graphics are pretty good. If you want to practice this on-line version, go to the website at https://www.memory-improvement-tips.com/play-wheel-of-fortune-online.html. Select the Very Large grey button to play. Note that the actual game screen is called “Wheel of Rewards” – probably due to copyright issues. Click on the settings (gear image in upper right corner) and set music off (too much noise) and sound effects on. The game leader will run the game through a shared screen using these settings. It is helpful if you have an ad blocker or you may have to put up with a lot of ads.
During actual play we will assign participants to one of 3 teams. This assignment will be done randomly before the game starts based on who registers. We may have to adjust team membership based on who actually signs in. Each team will take turns getting a different puzzle to spin and solve. We’ll discuss a few more playing details before the games start. The members of the team with the highest total score will be emailed a winner’s certificate.
RSVP below by the day before the event, and we’ll send you the zoom link the morning of the event.
