Full Moon Walk

February 4 @ 5:30 pm 7:00 pm

Free

Ages:

Autistic Adults (18+)

Skyler, our adult social group leader, will be leading a full moon hike at Picnic Point in Madison. If ice conditions are safe the group will walk on the ice of lake Mendota under the full moon to listen to the ice noises and to see the city at night. If the ice conditions are not safe the group will walk along the shores of the lake following the paths of Picnic Point. This is going to be a great time to socialize as well as enjoy the beauty of nature. People can expect to walk as much as a mile, but likely less, and be out for around an hour.

Please dress appropriately for the cold temperature and possible icy conditions.

RSVP below by Thursday, February 26th.
