Being a full-time caregiver can be emotionally, mentally, and physically demanding. Focusing all our attention on caring for our loved ones without taking time to care for ourselves can lead to burnout.
Join Cedarose Keeley, APSW, from My Kindness Therapy, LLC as she shares strategies and resources for parents to help cope with the stress of being a full-time caregiver. She will share practical tips on how to recognize burnout, set realistic boundaries, and find time to take care of ourselves.
